Do you work remotely?
Yes — fully remote, worldwide. I work with clients across multiple time zones and coordinate around your team’s schedule.
What size companies do you work with?
Sweet spot is startup through mid-market — roughly 50 to 5,000 employees. Small enough to move fast, large enough to have a real CRM problem to solve.
How long is a typical engagement?
Most projects run 1–3 months from kickoff to delivery. Audits are usually 2–4 weeks. Advisory retainers are open-ended, with a minimum of three months to make the relationship worthwhile for both sides.
